The lower level of the Boulder estate features a state-of-the-art media room. The temperature of the house is regulated by a geothermal heating and cooling system. While the windows open up to provide one of the most magnificent views of the Rocky Mountains while also sweeping the entire house with natural sunlight. Additionally, the community of which the mansion is part has a 40 acre lake at its center where residents can swim, fish, or sail.
