Some fans even went to the extent of claiming that Schnapp must play the role of Leclerc in his biopic if he ever makes one.

I’m freaking out“, something all Leclerc fans can relate to.

In another video, Schnapp was seen talking about his experience in Monaco. He revealed that it was his first time visiting a race and that he is a huge fan of Leclerc. The American explained that Leclerc had set him up with APM Monaco. The jewelry brand had then arranged his whole visit to Monaco.

Noah also made it very clear that he would be supporting no one other than Leclerc at the race. He explained that he had learned about Formula 1 because of the Netflix series ‘Drive to Survive’. And ever since he discovered the sport, he has been hooked on it.

Draymond Green has not forgotten the brutal nature of the fans in the TD Garden. He feels no remorse or sorry for the fans who lost a second final in a row. In the Draymond Green Show, he said:

“But I must say, it did not hurt me to watch the Boston Celtics fans suffer. Those people were really rude to me last year, and I like to see them suffer. Quite frankly, for the second year in a row in a big close-out game, the Boston fans suffer. Boston Celtics fans will make excuses, and I ain’t hearing none of that s**t because y’all rude. And I’m happy y’all lost.”

TD Garden is not a fond memory for Draymond Green to revisit, especially after facing racist vitriol from the Celtics fans. The hostility that was inflicted on the Warriors players was beyond comparison. However, Draymond and Steph Curry became the first NBA team to win a title at TD Garden. Adding further on his latest podcast episode, Green said:

“Especially those of you that are in that arena. Stop being the way that y’all are. At some point, you just can’t be that way. So stop doing that. And you know what that is. I don’t need to go into that.” 

Although Draymond is not remorseful for the Celtics fans, he feels slightly compassionate for Jayson Tatum. However, he is unwilling to hear excuses about Tatum being injured for this series’ loss from the fans.

Draymond’s comments will definitely strike a nerve for Boston fans. The city has not been kind to Draymond, and his latest comments aren’t likely to change that behavior. NBA fans can expect fireworks every time he steps foot in the TD Garden.

The Australian wants to race full-time and Verstappen said that he wants Ricciardo back on the grid as well. “I know he wants to race and I hope for him that he gets a place on the grid again,” said Verstappen.

Ricciardo has said himself that even though he is happy about the current situation, he would want to make a comeback and restart racing in Formula 1. He had mentioned how he had some unfinished business left at Red Bull making it evident that he wants to return to racing at the top level with the Milton Keynes outfit.

On February 5th, 1992, Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls had a slugfest of a game against the Utah Jazz. In a game that went to triple overtime, things went back and forth. However, by the third quarter, things were settled in the Jazz’s favor, following an untimely foul by Jordan himself.

The game ended 126-123 after MJ fouled Jeff Malone. It was a clear foul, but His Airness was not happy with the call. So, how did he react? He decided to purposely bump into the official in charge, Tommie Wood. A decision, that, as we all know, is a big “No No” in the NBA.

Following the incident, to no one’s surprise, Michael was fined $5000 and had to serve out a one-game suspension. He was infuriated, but on reviewing the footage, knew his fate was sealed. And, with one more game in Phoenix to go before the All-Star break in Orlando, His Airness hatched a master plan. He decided to head to O-Town a day early so that he could squeeze in a day of golf.

“On the flight to Phoenix, Jordan angrily played the foul over and over, but realizing he’d probably be suspended, he began making plans to head for Orlando a day early and for an extra day of golf.”

Given his love for golf, no one was surprised by his actions. He was and is obsessed with the sport and strongly believes it is the hardest game to play on planet Earth.

Jordan stated in an interview with Curry, that golf, is far more competitive than basketball. Why? Because he is competing with himself.

The fact that Sharma played three matches less than the other two and was their designated death-overs specialist speaks highly of the kind of season he’s had.

While either of these four players could have been declared as the Player of the Tournament, it was Gill who pinned down the trio of his bowling teammates to win the series award for the first time in his sixth IPL season.

Having become only the fourth batter to score more than 800 runs in an IPL season, the 23-year old player also became the third batter to score three centuries in one season. Not surprisingly, Gill highlighted scoring hundreds as the crowning point of his career-best season while speaking to Star Sports Network during the post-match presentation ceremony.

“Means a lot. The hard work that I’ve put in is going in the right direction for me. I think it was very important to start well and I started well. By the business end of the tournament, I converted the starts into big ones. I practiced a lot of [sixes] and I changed my technique a little bit for the death [overs]. The SRH hundred was about control and the Mumbai [century] was knowing the situation and taking on the opposition.”

After the rumors about their potential break-up began taking over the internet, Piquet posted a series of pictures of herself with Verstappen. These pictures were ‘cheesy’ to say the least, but definitely put an end to the discussion surrounding her supposed breakup.

The video that fans shared saw Verstappen not embracing Piquet after his race win. However, the pictures shared by Piquet show that they did hug after the race. There were also pictures of Verstappen and Piquet on a boat after the race, and one which showed the two of them dressed up nicely for the evening gala.

It’s safe to admit that Piquet and Verstappen aren’t broken up. Any rumor that fans are coming across are just rumors indeed.

For Verstappen, the Monaco GP couldn’t have gone better. He approached the race with doubts surrounding the RB19’s performance around a slow track like Monaco. However, his stunning driving skills made up for any shortcoming the car could possibly have.

After getting pole position for the race, he dominated the entire outing from the very get go. Even a late race downpour of rain couldn’t spoil the Dutch lion’s party, as he extended his lead at the summit of the drivers’ championship.

However, in Lamar’s case, it was actually Deshaun Watson who indirectly played a massive role in skyrocketing annual salary packages of star QBs in the competition. While Watson did agree to restructure his contract in order to free up cap space, the damage was already done. However, on the flip side, many fans also opine that Deshaun’s deal opened the gates for other QBs who deserved more dollars but were being underpaid by their teams.

The pay difference between NFL’s highest earning athlete and NHL’s highest earner is also massive. As reported by Will who covers the New York Rangers, NHL’s highest annual earner Nathan MacKinnon takes home only $12.6 Million per year, which is less than 25% of what the Ravens are set to give Lamar.

While these stats might seem a bit baffling, one of the major reasons behind the pay difference is the amount of money the leagues are brining in. As per New York Times, Disney pays around $400 Million to the NHL annually in exchange for broadcasting several league games.

On the other hand, Amazon pays $1 Billion per year to the NFL in exchange for exclusively broadcasting just the Thursday Night Football matchups. Moreover, while NFL’s most valuable team, the Dallas Cowboys, are valued at $8 Billion, NHL’s most economically strong unit, the Rangers, are valued around $2.2 Billion.

Despite all this, Sports fans are speculating that just because the NFL stars are getting unprecedented salary raises, athletes representing teams in other leagues like NHL, NBA and MLB might also end up asking for a bit more guaranteed money in the near future.

Carlos Sainz went through an extremely difficult Monaco GP which saw him lose four places to finish eighth. In a chaotic race riddled with mistakes and strategy goof-ups, Naomi Schiff was impressed by Sainz’s presence of mind, which she praised after the race.

Sainz started the Monaco GP from P4 and was looking to finish on the podium in the Principality for the third year running. Unfortunately, his afternoon went off to a horrible start after a failed overtake on Esteban Ocon messed up his front wing. Things didn’t get better for him after a miscalculation on behalf of the Ferrari strategists saw him lose track position during his mandatory pit stop.

Sainz seemed visibly frustrated. He slammed the team for not listening to him once again. This is something Naomi Schiff pointed out after the race. Sainz’s ability to think ahead while driving is what makes him better at strategies than the Ferrari engineers are.

Ferrari engineers ruined the chances of Carlos Sainz podium

Sainz made a mistake while trying to pass Ocon, but he made up for it in the coming laps. His plan to get ahead of the Frenchman was to undercut him during his pit stop. In lap 34, the Ferrari driver pitted but what happened next made him furious.

As he exited the pit lane, he saw Ocon’s Alpine zooming past him to maintain his lead. When Sainz slammed his race engineer, the latter told him that their plan was to cover Lewis Hamilton Hamilton and protect their place from the Mercedes driver. An exasperated Sainz replied by saying, “I don’t care about Hamilton.” 

Ferrari News posted a part of Schiff’s praise on Sainz on their Twitter account.

Sainz foresaw this happening, which is why he asked is team to listen to him. After the race, Schiff says, “Carlos is one of those drivers that is always thinking ahead. He’s got the strategy in mind. He’s got plan B, C, sometimes E. He’s got all of those things in mind. It shows how much thinking he is doing while driving.”

Further strategy blunders add to Ferrari’s problems

Sainz’s ill-time pit stop wasn’t the only strategy error Ferrari made. When every single team was looking to pit for intermediate tyres after rain started falling, Ferrari decided to gamble on the medium compound. This resulted in Sainz spinning on an extremely slippery surface, and almost crashing into the barriers.

Before the Spaniard could hobble back to the pits and put in new tyres, he lost many more places. Even his teammate Charles Leclerc who started behind him, passed him. Sainz had to settle for eight place in the end, two behind Leclerc.

Overall, it was another disastrous outing for Ferrari. Many people predicted a podium finish for both drivers, because of their supposed advantage in the slower speed corners in previous races. However, the Tifosi leave Monaco disappointed yet again, and are now turning to Barcelona to help them get their season back on track.

After Tom Holland joined the likes of Maria Sharapova and Neymar in supporting Lewis Hamilton, several fans such as Danny and Dafne stated that these celebrities just name the British driver as “they don’t know any other drivers“.

Meanwhile, some other fans pointed out that Holland supporting Hamilton seems ‘even funnier‘ as Red Bull invited the Hollywood actor to the paddock.

And then there were some other fans such as Cora who joked that Red Bull will never invite Holland again after he publicly revealed his support for Hamilton.

Lewis Hamilton has a decent Monaco GP race after a poor qualifying

After qualifying in sixth during the Monaco Grand Prix qualifying on Saturday, Hamilton managed to gain two places during the main race to finish fourth, on a circuit where overtaking is extremely difficult. He finished one place ahead of Mercedes teammate Russell and crucially ahead of both the Ferraris of Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz.

Hamilton’s only disappointment could be that he finished behind Alpine’s Esteban Ocon, who clinched only his third career F1 podium. After a decent weekend for Hamilton and Mercedes, they will now hope to carry on this form to the Spanish GP, which takes place next week from June 2 to 4.

Martin Brundle is well known amongst the fans for his legendary pre-race grid walks. The Sky Sports pundit makes it a point to walk down the grid before the race starts and talk to the drivers or any other celebrities present on the grid. 

However, during the Monaco Grand Prix, Martin Brundle got a hilarious interview not from any celebrity, but from an 89-year-old photographer. The photographer asked for Martin Brundle’s phone number at the end of the interview. This left the other Sky Sports Pundit laughing uncontrollably.

The whole incident happened after the third practice session got over in Monaco. The Sky team was walking down the grid and analyzing the practice session when Brundle noticed an old photographer on the grid.

Brundle asked the other pundits if they could interview the old lady taking photographs. The camera panned towards the lady, who tried to escape the shot. In a while, she realized that it was she who was Brundle’s subject of interest.

Brundle asked her name to which she replied, she replied: “Claudia Albuquerque, I admire you and everything that you do, and you’re fantastic.” Claudia then revealed that she had been taking photographs since she was 15. Currently, she is 89 but she isn’t looking to give up photography anytime soon.

After a little chat, Brundle said goodbye and Claudia wished him good luck. However, after that, she leaned in and said, “I need your card!” This caused Brundle to break out into a laugh. Jenson Button, who was alongside him also started laughing.

Host Simon Lazenby also congratulated Brundle. He was laughing as well and he patted the back of Brundle and exclaimed, “Great work!“

Not all interviews have gone so smoothly for Brundle. During the 2022 United States Grand Prix, the British pundit was snubbed by tennis star Serena Williams when he tried to talk to her during the grid walk.

The same happened when he tried to interview American rapper Megan Thee Stallion. Brundle was stopped by the bodyguards of the rapper and wasn’t allowed to talk to her.

The actor was also wearing jewelry from the brand APM Monaco. APM Monaco is a high-end jewelry brand promoted by Leclerc himself. Schnapp was wearing a necklace from the yummy bear collection of the jewelry company.

In another picture, Schnapp was seen enjoying a hearty meal on the same boat. It is quite evident that he would be supporting the Monegasque at his home race.

Charles Leclerc to go ‘all out’ during Qualifying

Charles Leclerc has made it clear that despite his bad run of form at his home race, he won’t be holding back anything during Qualifying. The Monegasque had very famously crashed at the swimming pool chicane during the 2021 Grand Prix. The subsequent damage to his gearbox meant that he could not start the race anymore.

Leclerc claimed the pole in 2022 as well. But the race was a disaster for him as a Ferrari strategy mistake cost him the race. He was double-stacked with his teammate Carlos Sainz during the pit stop which led to him losing time, and the Monegasque couldn’t recover anymore.

However, Leclerc has told Sky Sports F1, “You can pull back, but honestly, I know that on a year like this, to actually get on pole you need to go all out.”

According to Motorsport Italy, Elkann moved to speak with the Red Bull boss in Monte Carlo Paddock about the engineers who are believed to be ready to leave Milton Keynes.

Elkann, who also met with Toto Wolff of Mercedes, reportedly said if Horner doesn’t comply with leaving the engineers on time [for Gardening leave], he will not leave Mekies for AlphaTauri, who is to take over as the Red Bull sister team’s boss.

A conversation was seen to be happening between the Red Bull higher-ups and its Ferrari counterparts where the possibilities were discussed. However, with no solid outcome, the deal is still hanging in the balance.

Ferrari wants to those engineers from the onset of the 2024 season in order to develop the SF-23’s predecessor. On the other hand, Horner wants to redevelop the AlphaTauri, which is currently in a dismal state.

Swap deal between Red Bull and Ferrari

As the recent developments, the Prancing Horse signed two engineers from the defending champions last month. As per reports, the duo is all set to start their work in Maranello in the 2024 season.

In order to ramp up their development and further strengthen their challengers, the Red team has been pushing to include more and more top talents from teams, as well as from outside.

Apart from asking for engineers on LinkedIn, Ferrari has reportedly roped in the engineers from Red Bull in a swap deal with AlphaTauri [Red Bull’s sister team] on Laurent Mekies.

However, the engineers are now required to have the ‘gardening leave’ before they can switch teams in order to stay away from the developments in a rival team. But for now, Horner is reluctant to let them go.

Charles Leclerc Fans Are Worried Sick After FIA Notes That The Monegasque Impeded Lando Norris in Monaco GP Qualifying

The 2023 Monaco Grand Prix Qualifying can go from bad to worse for Charles Leclerc. The Monegasque set a lap time of 1:11.471 which put him on P3. His lap time was bettered by Fernando Alonso and Max Verstappen, who will be starting on pole for the race on Sunday.

However, Leclerc might be in trouble as the FIA have announced that they will be investigating Leclerc impeding Lando Norris at Turn 9. The incident happened in the final stages of Q3, with Norris on a flying lap. Leclerc, who was setting up for a lap, allegedly blocked the racing line of Norris inside the tunnel.

Fans have already started speculating what kind of penalty Leclerc might be on the receiving end of if the FIA does indeed dish out a penalty. There can be a range of penalties given out, from deleting the best time of Leclerc to giving him a grid penalty.

Former F1 World Champion Jenson Button believes that Leclerc will have his best time deleted. He said that two cars cannot really go through the tunnel together. And even if they do, the car behind loses a lot of downforces. “I would say he impeded him, he 100% impeded him, he had nowhere to go. I think he’ll have his time taken away, his quickest time in qualifying.”

Other fans have stated that according to Sky Sports Italia, the maximum penalty that Leclerc can receive is a three-place grid penalty.

As expected, Charles Leclerc fans are worried about what kind of penalty is coming for their Monegasque hero. Twitter user clara exclaimed that she’d be okay if Leclerc was made to pay a million euros but the FIA should not take away his position.

Another fan commented that they would appear on the news as they would be wreaking havoc if Leclerc gets a penalty for this.

Another fan claimed that these penalties are not given to anyone else, not even Carlos Sainz.

Even though some fans couldn’t believe that Leclerc would be penalized, some more neutral ones agreed that it was definitely impeding.

Whether Charles Leclerc would be getting a penalty is yet to be known. And if he does indeed get one, what will it be? Fans would be eagerly looking forward to the decision of the FIA.
